 Images of America: Bridgton, by Ned Allen, 2008.  This recent addition to Arcadia Publishing's popular series includes a concise history of Bridgton in the Introduction, and nearly 200 images, primarily from the Bridgton Historical Society Archives.  $21.99 (plus $1.10 tax for Maine residents)


History of Bridgton, is a 900 page work, written in 1968 and updated in 1994. It is still available but in very limited quantity at the Museum and at Bridgton Books. The price is $35.00 plus tax.


Rediscovering Main Street, by Judith Blake is the sole effort of Judy compleated just prior to her death and is a historically significant reference book. It is available at the Museum and at Bridgton Books for $24.95 plus tax.

Ninety Years of Living, is Edwin Peabody Fitch's Civil War diary and memoir of growing up on a 19th Century Maine farm. The price is $8.00 plus tax.
